I read somewhere else that a couple of people were having issues with their VPN client and getting similar results like I have. Have any of you ever seen this issue with Wind(or any other version)? Part of me thinks that a recent Windows update caused this, but I have no evidence so I haven't spent any time attacking from that angle. We have tried to uninstall the device drivers and reinstall, winsock reset, the Windows 10 network reset thing, disable QoS, and even tried enabling the bandwidth management in Group Policy and set it to 100%. Ethernet connections to the internet work as expected. Ping results to everywhere are as expected. I finally got a test to go through, and the download speed was 0.64 Mbps, while the upload speed was 189Mbps. Sometimes so terrible, that things will time out, like a speed test. On Wi-Fi, no matter if we are on 2.4 or 5 GHz, the download is absolutely terrible on both the local network and the internet. We are mostly a Lenovo shop and have run into a show-stopping issue on two separate laptop models.
